We demonstrate this by working to a unique commercial model that is not only affordable, but that ensures that our success is completely aligned to that of our clients!

The cost of our services is typically split into three separate components, designed specifically that each element is of roughly the same value:

  • A fixed monthly fee for an agreed level of involvement;
  • A profit share element based on business budgets with a reasonable chance of matching the fixed fee element if the business does well;
  • Equity participation with the same nominal value and based on a valuation approach agreed at the outset.

In practice, we tailor the commercial relationship to suit the individual situation and requirements of each of our clients, and review the relationship regularly.
