We are not advisors, consultants, coaches or interim managers; although what we do has elements in common with each.

The way that we work with our clients is highly individual to their circumstances, but it has a number of typical characteristics:

  • Hands-on: For our clients, getting things done is often as much of a challenge as knowing what to do. We do not sit on the sidelines and judge or advise, but roll our sleeves up and get involved;
  • Long term: We typically work with our clients over the long period that it takes to actually make a difference and turn it into profit and enterprise value. We rarely lose a client, and are often with them for several budget cycles;
  • Challenging: We would rather part company with a client than fail to challenge them when we believe they are in danger of taking the wrong course.
