Our small business focus

At PiP we are passionate about the small businesses that are the, all too often overlooked, heartbeat of the British economy. Working both within, and alongside the leaders of these businesses over the years we have come to recognise that success is hard earned but fragile, and that sitting in the leader’s seat can, at times, feel lonely and exposed.

A part of the business, a part of the team

We are typically present at a desk for 1-3 days a week, playing an active role in understanding business issues, coming to decisions and taking appropriate action. Even when we are not present, we are often working for the business and always available at the end of the phone.
