Almost every day we meet people who set out to do something for which they had a talent and a passion - selling cars, developing software, distributing wine, selling toys or designing exhibitions. However if they are successful in turning their passion into success, at some point they wake up to realise that they are now running a business!

Some, come to love it. But for many it is not something that they enjoy or for which they are equipped. In these circumstances business performance often stalls.
